Dhan – CSC Financial Manager

Every rupee,
Accounted for

A CSC runs banking, bill payments, Aadhaar updates, insurance, and a shifting list of government schemes — all through one cash drawer. At day’s end, tallying that by hand, or trusting a spreadsheet no one’s sure was updated correctly, leaves you guessing.
Dhan closes that gap.

What is inside

Simple enough to use with one hand, solid enough to trust with your accounts.

Nothing is stored and left to go stale. Every balance is worked out fresh, right when you open the screen.

Every entry is signed with the name of the in-charge who created it — no confusion about who recorded what.

Dhan reads in English, Tamil, and Malayalam, so you work in the language you think in.

Set your prefix once. Every voucher after that numbers itself, in order, with no manual counting.

Switch between light and dark themes depending on when you’re working.

Built on Flutter, so Dhan runs on your desktop and on Android — no new hardware to buy.

Questions people ask

Use the bank/cash adjustment entry to move money between your cash drawer and your bank account. It’s a single entry built for exactly this, so the two stay in sync without any extra accounting step.

Each service you set up has its own payment split-up. For a railway ticket, for example: the fare goes out from your bank to book the ticket, and when you collect from the customer, you record the service charge and the railway fee together as one collection. Dhan keeps what you paid out and what you collected linked to the same service, so your actual margin is always clear.

No. Dhan isn’t a full accounting package — it’s built to help you track cash flow and expenses so you always know where your money stands, not to replace a bank reconciliation statement or a chartered accountant.

Yes. Add each person as an incharge, and every entry they create carries their name automatically — useful if family members or staff share the same counter.

No. Dhan tracks what’s coming in and going out of your centre day to day. For GST or income tax filing, you’d still use your regular tax software or your accountant.

Yes — pull a report of your cash flow and expenses whenever you need one, to keep for yourself or hand to your accountant.

Dhan is built to be simple. Each service comes with the right fields already set up, so recording a transaction takes only a few taps, in the language you’re comfortable working in.
